I Love Healthy Me, LLC is an organization that focuses on bringing awareness to healthy eating.
The organization was inspired in 2015 when founder, lost 70 pounds in 4 months and changed the diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes to pre-diabetes within one month.
Our mission is to create a culture of informed people with wellness at the forefront. Our slogan is “Healthy Eating, Provokes Healthy Bodies, for Healthy Living.” and the team at Healthy Me are living testaments to this mantra.
Transformational Journey To A Healthy Lifestyle
During this time of my life I had diabetes, sciatica nerve damage, thyroid problems, slightly high blood pressure, arthritis and chronic bladder infections until I embraced the alkaline lifestyle.
The goal is to keep MOVING……..
In 4 months the founder shed 70 pounds and got rid of every diseases that ruled the founders life.
