Return Policy On I Love Healthy Me Herbal Products

Our I Love Healthy Me herbal products are designed to bring the body back to its natural healthy state. Please note that there are no refunds issued on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

If you received a defective item, we’ll happily replace it, if it hasn’t been opened, the seal should not be broken. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.

Return Policy On Regularly Marked Items

All return shipping charges must be pre-paid, and are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded.

We will reimburse you for any/all postage and taxes if the product is defective or an error by I Love Healthy Me occurred when fulfilling your order. Tax on shipping and handling is non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, as well as in their original packaging and unopened.
  2. Send your package so that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt by the US Post Office is recommended. We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.
